Send a photo of the back of your hair, in daylight and without a filter. We will place your hair next to the color chart featuring all fourteen shades and show you which one matches. If you are between two colors, choose the darker one — it will be less noticeable at the roots.

A standard weft has a stitched top edge that is slightly thicker. A genius weft is hand-stitched, which keeps the top edge ultra-thin and flexible so that it lies flat against the head. Genius wefts are more invisible, and therefore more expensive.

Our extensions are 100% human hair. You can blow-dry, style, and dye them darker, just like your own hair. Synthetic hair cannot: it melts under heat, has an unnatural shine, and usually only lasts a few months. The difference becomes especially noticeable as the hair ages.

For fine hair, 100 grams is enough; for normal hair, 200 grams is typical; and for thick or curly hair, 300 grams. On the product page, choose the quantity and the price will update automatically.

For clip-in extensions, your own hair can be short, as long as it reaches at least below your ears. Keep in mind, though, that if your hair has a blunt, straight cut, you’ll need more grams of hair to blend the transition beautifully and naturally.

Yes, we offer this treatment at our salon in Heerlen. Wefts and genius wefts are attached using micro rings, which are carefully placed in your own hair. The wefts are then sewn onto them.

The treatment takes about one to two hours. After around two months, the extensions will have moved down as your natural hair grows. At a follow-up appointment, they are removed and repositioned closer to the scalp.

With daily use and proper care, the extensions last an average of one to one and a half years. Their lifespan is primarily determined by how well they are cared for. Don’t wash the extensions too often, use styling tools at a maximum of 180°C, and always choose care products specifically designed for extensions.

Most colors can be darkened. We do not recommend bleaching

the hair has already been treated and can become porous quickly. If you’re unsure, send us a message first—we’re happy to help!

A mild, sulfate-free shampoo. Apply conditioner and a mask from halfway down the length to the ends, so not on the bonds themselves—they may otherwise come loose, or product may remain at the roots. Avoid products with a high alcohol content, and always use heat protection before using a hair dryer or straightener.

You can sleep with wefts, genius wefts and tape-ins. Never go to bed with wet hair; brush it beforehand and wear it in a loose braid. Always remove clip-ins before bed.

Swimming with extensions is possible, but chlorine, salt water and dry heat can strip moisture from the hair. Unlike your own hair, extensions don’t receive natural oils from the scalp and therefore need extra care.

Braid your hair before swimming and wet it with clean water first so it absorbs less chlorine or salt. Then apply a rich hair mask to keep it soft and nourished. Rinse your hair thoroughly with clean water immediately after swimming. It’s best to remove clip-in extensions before swimming.

Brush them out, let them dry completely, and store them flat or hanging in a box or fabric bag. Don’t fold them or leave them in direct sunlight—it will fade the color. They’ll be ready to wear again next time.

You have 30 days from receipt to register your return. Hair extensions are delivered sealed. Assess the color without breaking the seal. Once the seal is broken, the extensions cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, where the statutory exception to the right of withdrawal applies. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
